He has 20+ years experience in the field of machinery, industrial equipment, packaging equipment, automation machinery, control systems, machine design, and safety guarding for equipment in a manufacturing facility or plant.

Dr. William S. Howard is an equipment expert in OSHA regulations, ANSI standards, and CE regulations for machinery and equipment. He has designed and developed hundreds of machines -- over $100 million in total value -- which are currently operating in factories around the world. Much of his career has been spent ACTUALLY INSIDE manufacturing factories ... designing and developing machinery while working at an industrial manfacturing site. In a given year, he may work with 10-30 different manufacturing facilities consulting in many different manufacturing areas.

Dr. William S. Howard has been retained as an expert witness many times since 2004. He has been retained many times in numerous cases, with proven trial experience.

Dr. William S. Howard was even hired by OSHA -- as an Expert in the field of Industrial Machinery and Equipment.
